The AC unit in our room was not cooling the room down. We were not offered a different room nor were we offered a discount. We did get a fan. Our group comes down yearly for a friends gathering, this was our 25th year. It was more expensive, by a lot, than previous years. And the upkeep isn't great.

Staff was very accommodating for our late arrival. Place was nothing fancy but the beds were comfortable, different types of pillows which i appriciated as a stomach sleeper. Id stay there again.

all but one thing was good. Shower/faucet not working properly. needs to be replaced and fixed. water runs from both shower head and bath faucet at the same time with high water pressure coming from bath faucet instead of shower head.

Seemed a little run down. Things were old. Coffee maker in the room was def about 15 years old. Overall it was okay. Wasn't a stellar experience, but was close to Allen Street and that was nice.

The shower was fine. Otherwise: 1. Hand railing had rusted nails protruding. 2. Spiders and insects were inside. 3. No backup roll of TP. 4. No shampoo or shower soap. 5. Lightbulb missing. 6. Wall lamp was missing switch, screw out bulb to turn off. 7. Heater had no digital indicator, had to guess. 8. Bathroom fan must be on when light is on, so wake up wife in middle of night to pee. 9. Bathroom fan made terrible loud noise all the time wen on.

We loved Tombstone and our time there. We did not enjoy hearing the couples next door make love loudly and party all night. The walls are thin. There is no manager on duty. The room was clean. However, there was no mattress cover under the sheets. When the thin sheets pulled up and you could see the old dirty stained mattress you wished there was more protection. The property as a whole is ready for an update.

Was under construction and they didn't tell us that there was no TV available. No phones, kleenex or extra toilet paper in rooms. Beds and pillows were terrible.

The best part of our stay was the location. Overall, the hotel needs TLC and a facelift. One almost had to back in and out of the bathroom, bird poop all over the upper deck, crappy pillows, worn out beds, ice maker broken, limited toiletries.

GREAT stay at The Tombstone Motel!
Always love spending a weekend in Tombstone and this was our first stay at TheTombstone Motel. Everything was great! I always rely on reviews, so I felt it was important to give this Motel a glowing review ~ it was just perfect in all respects.

Great area
The hotel itself was under construction. Our room was good however you could tell it was not cleaned before we got there and the renovations were in an in between stage. However, the town itself made up for it!

The motel is walking distance from Tombstone proper, but the hotel needs a lot of work. And, there's an upcharge of some crazy percentage for using a credit card.

Our room and bathroom was not clean. Mattress was very old. Pillows old and brown. Carpet in poor shape. For $100 a night, I expect a clean room.

The property is dated, but it adds to the whole tombstone experience. There was nothing wrong with our room at all. It's what you would expect. Everything is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. No bug issues. no microwave, no mini fridge. ice machine onsite did not work. This property is older and not the best condition. Only one small trash can in the room. Had to ask for additional trash bags and they were given, no problem. Needs some upgrades and maintenance. People were nice and helpful when needed. AC works very good. No soap or shampoo in the room but did not need any. only a V05 bottle in the shower with a small amount of soap in it. A sign in bathroom saying do not throw away the V05 bottles. Very strange. We did not touch the bottle. Yuck!

Look else were.
Motel location is great. But the condition could use some work. Door was hard lock. Bed was the worst I have ever come across. The pillows were a joke. Will never stay here again.

The motel is old but is kept up and clean. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean with no sign of any pests. I stayed on a Saturday night and everything was very quiet and peaceful. Its nothing fancy but i would stay here again.
