« Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, das alles hatte, was ich gebraucht habe. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, sodass ich mich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt habe. Besonders schön ist die Lage des Hotels direkt am Waldrand. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und von viel Natur umgeben – perfekt, um sich vom Trubel der Stadt zurückzuziehen und einfach mal abzuschalten. Allein für diese Lage lohnt es sich, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Ich kann durchweg nur Positives berichten und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare...

« Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war freundlich, das Einchecken ging schnell von statten. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sehr sauber, freundlich eingerichtet und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und freundlich. Das Frühstück (Extrakosten von 15,- Euro) war umfangreich, die Auswahl vielfältig. Der Preis ist mehr als gerechtfertigt. Positiv zu bewerten ist, dass ein Kaffeevollautomat immer zugänglich und ohne zusätzliche Kosten benutzt werden darf. Wir kommen...

« Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette hôtel, qui est très très bien : jolie, cosy, propre avec un petit déjeuner au top ! Nous étions a 25min de l’aéroport (que de l’autoroute jusqu’à hôtel qui est en plein milieu d’un petit village), pas loin et facile d’accès. Je recommande vivement ! Prochain voyage nous reprendrons cette hôtel. Les employés sont super gentilles. »

"The hotel is comfortable and very well located. However, there is no free access to either a swimming pool or a gym, which is extremely misleading. Both the pool and the gym are clearly shown in the hotel photos — the pool is even displayed as the second photo in the hotel description. In reality, access to the pool requires an additional fee, and the same applies to the gym. This is unacceptable and very disappointing, as these facilities are presented as part of the hotel experience when they are not included."

"The rooms are spacious but not very functional. There was a water leak next to the toilet but it didn't get fixed despite requesting it twice. It is not always easy to turn on/off the lights. You need to press several times the buttons. The service in the hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and my room was not ready. No problem, I totally understand and went for lunch. I come back around 15:15 and my room was still not ready. No solution was found except please wait. I finally got my room at 15:30 after insisting. There is no power plugs in the room next to the desk. I asked for an extension cable and the answer I got was "we do not have, please buy it yourself". I finally realized myself that I could move the TV and found a plug there. "
