Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff were exceptional - warm, welcoming, kind, compassionate and very helpful. They went above and beyond when they learned it was my birthday. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again - a truly wonderful place! Cafe was exceptional too (delicious cakes!)

Great comfort and location
Very comfortable and in a great location in the mddle of the old town shops and restaurant. Our room was comfortable but the bass and beat from the music from the restaurant below our room 103 resonated until nearly midnight. Also the breakfast buffet is in an area that on a hot day gets very hot and therefore if you are later for breakfast it looks a bit unpalatable. Shame because the hotel and staff are lovely.

Amazing stay in Sibenik!
Amazing stay at this charming hotel in the heart of town, great location! A big shout out to Marina who greeted us at reception… she went above and beyond and was so professional and her service was exceptional. Can’t wait to be back!

Loved this quaint hotel
This hotel was right in the middle of town, and so adorable! If you have a lot of luggage, it can be hard to get the luggage to the hotel but well worth it. The staff was friendly, the hotel was cute and the breakfast was delicious.

Didn’t feel very welcome. The rooms were very old and dated. The toilets and sinks we ok but shower was so tiny and just barely passable from a cleanliness standpoint. Our comforter had a stain. Since it was just one night we let it go. But what was really disappointing was the fact that their website says that they will help us with our luggage from the bus station, since the hotel is a little bit of a hike into old town but when we called, no such help was offered. We were two petite women so was tough trying to lug our luggage to the hotel.

This hotel is in an historic building and has that unique, walled city character. Unfortunately the furnishings and plumbing do need some serious updating, walls need painting, and access for customers arriving by automobile needs to be arranged with parking lots within short walking distances.

This was a great hotel in a fantastic location. The spa was really nice to switch off and relax as it was used privately by myself. The rooms were really impressive and well decorated/furnished. The reception staff were fantastic and very helpful with advice. Especially providing me with great advice for a 23km run and recommended a route to Brodarica, which was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in this hotel, the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable if a little small and lacking wardrobe space. The breakfast was very good and staff offered to prepare fresh eggs and omelettes as required. As with the other reviews the hotel is in a great location within the centre of the old town.

We loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautifully decorated and large. The bathrooms were also very modern. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. It was a great location.

Outstanding hotel in a great unknown tourist locat
The property is located in old town and can not be serviced directly by car. You need to park in designed car parking lot which has reserved spots for the hotel. The hotel itself is super; staff was excellent; room was well appointed; couldn't be happier with this hotel.

Nice hotel in the heart of Sibenik
Nice hotel in the heart of old town Sibenik. The staff was super nice, especially helping us with the bags in and out (several steps and blocks from the car accessible area). The room was on the bigger side for Europe, and even though the bathroom was a little small, everything was great about our stay. The breakfast is very decent as well. Would stay here again

Uncomfortable Stay, Not worth the money!
Overpriced and not worth the money. The rooms are small. AC was not working. (It seemed that it was intentionally made inoperable by the hotel to save money). We had to keep the windows open, but it wasn't sufficient to air the room properly. Hotel has a courtyard in the front which is being used for restaurant seating so you constantly hear a lot of noise coming from there including the staff arranging outdoor furniture early morning or late night etc. People smoke in the courtyard so that could affect you if your windows are open. Also, they also did not send us any message in advance about the car parking facility so it led to wastage of time. The staff is friendly, their breakfast was good and they made custom eggs for us.

Great service, wonderful location and staff. If you have a car, call fire to discuss access to the nearby free parking and for assistance with your luggage. We did this and it made for an easy, simple check-in. The hotel serves wonderful breakfasts and desserts. Great wine selection as well. Staff very friendly and everyone spoke English which was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Stylish hotel in historic setting.
Excellent hotel , very well positioned in old town centre only thing missing was sufficient in room cupboard space for our 7 night stay , I think most guests must stay for shorter breaks. Excellent staff in all areas especially reception who assisted us with airport transfers , local information and boat trip. Breakfast was excellent also .

Extremely disappointed. Room had only 1 robe and slippers. There was 2 of us had to ask for extra and they only gave me a robe. We were given a room on the 1st floor. Trying to signing in to WiFi couldn’t do it. Front desk advised 1st floor rooms can’t get WiFi on going problem they can’t fix. Tell me to come to lobby for WiFi. Receptionist says for the inconvenience drinks are on them. She failed to say that complimentary drinks were for only one night. My fiancé uses her phone for work/school we went down to the lobby 3 times for WiFi. We received a bill for 2 of 3 times. Breakfast was outdoors numerous bees and flies on the food unsanitary. Slow drainage in bathroom sink they come to fix it ended up making it worse.They leave I go put on the faucet water pours out from the pipe underneath. Complain to front desk they hand me an old dirty bucket and tell me to put it under the sink. The best part while they re trying to fix the drain they tell us to go have a drink until they are done. We go have a glass of wine and a beer they charged us for the drinks. At check out when I complained about the stay they didn’t even offer us anything off the bill. I had to ask and all we got was 5% off and 1 package containing a fig. There was 2 of us couldn’t even give 2 packages are they serious. I was on a 2 week trip of Croatia and Italy. Stayed in 6 hotels by far this was one of the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Will never stay here again. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Hotel
We stayed at the Heritage Hotel Life Palace for one week at the end of June 2019. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were amazing and could be eaten inside or outside. The location in the centre of the old town in a historic square gives easy access to the local attractions such as the cathedral, forts, shops and the water front (where there are a choice of boat trips). We would definitely recommend this hotel.
