  • Newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home full of southern charm, sleeping up to 10. King bed in the primary, two full beds in each of the other bedrooms, plus 2 couches in the spacious living room. Cook in the full kitchen, gather around the large dining area, and relax on the patio in the fenced backyard.

    Just 0.5 mi to Centenary College and 5 mi to LSUS, with quick drives to Shreveport's restaurants, shopping and the casino district. Great for families, team trips and work crews.

This little cottage was just perfect for our recent stay. Chris the property owner was very prompt on communication, with detailed instructions for everything. It was a fabulous retreat while we visited family. Would definitely stay here again.

Wrestling LHSAA state tournament

Stayed with family at this nice quiet house for our sons state wrestling tournament instead of a loud busy hotel. Payed less than what we would have at a hotel and got to spend time with family! Nice area with a lot of great restaurants near by!

March Madness Trip

We had a very comfortable stay in Shreveport. This home is located in a charming, historical area that is clearly being invested in so we enjoyed the lovely homes and the cafe that was taken with our home. The area was safe and quiet and just quaint and totally worth a revisit.The hosts were communicative and kind. They seemed to really bc are that we enjoyed our time, which we appreciate.
