« It was my first family trip in Kaohsiung. I did not expect much. I booked this place is because of the location and also the big room. 2 queen beds and there is enough space to place our 4 big luggages open side/side. Toilet was clean and with warm water to shower in this cold weather. During check in, the male receptionist mentioned the booking number in their system was different from this platform. I was abit annoyed because they could just use our passport if need to verify. No need for me...

« This was one of the best hotel I've stayed around the world. I traveled with my mom to celebrate her 60th bday. The staffs were friendly and the hotel sauna was wonderful (my mom's fav part of staying). I personally loved how spacious the bathroom is with extra closets next to it. Definitely would come back. Busy buffet breakfast also handled by the front desk but Taiwanese cuisine breakfast in general. It’s better to have coffee in the neighborhood instead. Comfort bedding but semi-open toilet separated from the shower cabin are applied for the close friends or family to share with. Walking distance to main station or arena...

Plutôt bien situé enfin pour notre unique nuit, ça nous a paru bien. Petit bémol pour la chambre sans fenêtre dans laquelle ils auraient pu mettre une dalle LED effet fenêtre avec lever du jour programmable pour les gens qui n'ont pas l'habitude de dormir dans le noir total."

"I booked a suite two months in advance. However, the suite I was assigned (923) faced an internal space with ventilation pipes running through it. There was no view and almost no light. I stayed there for a week with the curtains drawn. Even worse, a portable and noisy dehumidifier was running as soon as I entered. I was stuck with a damp smell for a week. There was no possibility of changing rooms because the hotel was declared full on the day of my arrival. I would like to say to those responsible that if they have one or more rooms that are unsanitary, they should not rent them out until they have done the necessary work. It's a matter of respect for customers who haven't paid for substandard and unsafe service in terms of hygiene."
