« Homewood Suites Charlotte Ballantyne staff is good, service is good. Rooms are clean. The main drawback I had during my stay was the noise: fridge, fan in the bathroom, air conditioning. Even by shutting down all, there was a vibration noise going through the walls. I have been able to sleep, but that was not a quiet room. »

« When I walked into the hotel I was amazed by its beauty. Immediately I was greeted by the staff. Everything was clean and neat. The room was cozy and felt amazing with AC. The morning breakfast was yummy. I honestly didn’t want to leave. When I go back to that area I’ll definitely be staying there again. »

« Très bien pour le shopping à proximité à 1 km à pied et possibilité d'utiliser la navette de l'hôtel. Attention la route pour la maison de Polk est un peu dangereuse à pied avec la traversée d'un pont trop étroit avec le passage des voitures. Hôtel très confortable et agréable, les restaurants de proximité (mexicain et italien) sont très bons. »

« La localisation de la chambre était ordinaire le systèmes de climatisation et de chauffage était dans un style garde robe ,la porte porte donnait directement dans la chambre. Mauvaise isolation et il y avait une forte vibration au niveau du lit provenant de l'étage supérieure. « Overall stay was ok, but perfectible. When I arrived to the room, the toilet seat was not clean, I cleaned it myself. Outside of this, the room was clean. The overall room equipment is good, but the mechanical ventilation system is very very noisy. And you can't stop it as you can with the air conditioning system.
