The rooms and beds are below par since it claims to be a 4 star hotel. The service is slow but ok. It’s clean and neat and decent for a night stay. I would look for other options next time.

Paid around Rs.16000 for family room that had old old flooring and bed mattress has not been replaced probably since the hotel opened. Very unimpressed with the property condition for the price they charge. Will not return here.

Very friendly and sweet staff throughout the property. The property rates itself as a 5 star though is a 3 star from European standards. For the price they charge, I would recommend this property.

It’s a resort styled property so different and may not be to everyone’s liking. Spiritual vibes in hotel due to temples inside. You have to walk a lot of get to elevators and front desk. Lack of cleanliness of rooms - dirty bathrooms, unclean toilet, no bath towels, leaky AC - water dripped from it when you turn off AC, flush got stuck and didn’t work, took multiple calls and complaints to fix it. Room was unclean on check in and had to ask folks to clean it. Front desk folks are polite and helpful but lack proper training to handle issues. Food quality is mediocre and taste should be improved. I will not stay here ever!

Staff is courteous and friendly. Room is well kept including bathroom. Breakfast and dining options are excellent. Shuttle service is awesome. Would strongly recommend.

The property is nice in terms of location, room sizes and especially the beautiful meditation centres and temples inside the property. Very peaceful and very near to the main Sai temple. However the cleanliness of the place has really gone down over the years. The lobby smelled of urine and driver had no clean facility to rest. The restaurant service was good but the food made me sick for a few days. It was probably the contaminated salad, which i don't think was fresh.

Close to the temple
Although the Hotel was in close proximity to the temple and had shuttle service, the cons outweigh the pros. Upon arrival I was notified that there was additional charges for an extra person, but they provided the same double bed room with a make-do bed added (instead they could have provided a 3 person room). The room was not cleaned thoroughly especially the bathroom, and the shower was leaking. Not the 3.5 star hotel that they advertise as.

Beautiful temple inside the hotel was the highlight :-) Strong positive vibes !! The room was quite ordinary though with bathroom door non-functional. The common areas compensated for the room

Property is in very poor condition. No maintenance at all. Its not clean and during a rainy day water is every where and its slippery. Not worth for the price.

Extremely disappointed and the hotel has been drafted to the worst. Right from the room services, to rooms, to food to anything. I won’t recommend anyone going to this hotel and won’t even rate them to 2 star category. We need to cut short our stay and cancel booking to move to Sun N Sand. As rooms were full of spiders, dirty beddings, dirty towels. Inspite of telling staff so many time and including manager, no one was bothered to care. We came 8 tears back when the hotel was new and it was jewel and now it has become a one of the worst hotel. I would recommend taking any basic hotel over St. Laurn.

I was happy with the Sai Statures and the aarti's. The front desk - least interested and rude, room cleanliness - poor. The ac never worked right, even after 2 complaints. I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best hotel we have stayed in Shiridi. Love the prayer and meditation rooms. The 2 room family suite was great. We will definitely stay here in future as we visit Baba!!🙏🙏

Very nice but little more cooperation from reception staff for genuine issues would make it even better . Like request sent earlier for adding breakfast and at online rates was refused even though before stay it was mailed to hotel property.
