« There was a 3,5 hour delay for check in due to broken heater. Host was very apologetic and we were compensated for the delay. There was no mention in description of the stay that you needed to bring your own cooking utensils i.e. tongs, forks knifes, etc. Although there were plastic knives, spoons and forks, just not suitable for campfire cooking. Paper plates were provided. Frying and sauce pan provided upon request, w/ spatula. Second morning went to bake biscuits but oven wouldn't light. Due...

« The room was clean and great for being out of the way. No Wifi, no TV so that is what was expected. The part that I didn’t like was finding it. Please put up some kind of signage. Nothing said Hangman’s Ranch, there was no number 18 on the property entrance only a no trespassing sign. We drove a long way down a dirt road looking for it but kept seeing no trespassing signs. Finally we turned around and took a chance on the entrance that was closest to the main road that said no trespassing....

« Osprey Cabin was almost new, and had very nice furnishings. It was a very hot afternoon when we arrived, so the closed cabin was stuffy and the lack of AC noticeable in trying to cool it down. We appreciated the communication from the manager and the easy check-in/out. The property is attractive and near the pond, but if there were other things to do, they were all locked up. »
