We had an excellent stay. The accommodation had an awesome rustic feel with newly renovated, clean rooms and the restaurant below was also fantastic. The location was beautiful and close enough to walk to the Stourhead and take in the stunning gardens. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Cannot reccomend this place enough!

Steve, our host, was lovely.

Great chinwags with host David, a kind fellow. A very generous breakfast cooked to our liking. Great location, within walking distance to High Street, the Abbey, Chalice well and the Tor. Nice extras were a bathrobe and instant coffee/tea in the room. Thanks for your recommendations for local restaurants. Very pleasant stay.

We were made to feel very welcomed! We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful room in an historic building. Very helpful innkeeper. Terrific full breakfast and welcome coffees

We had the silver room. Good size and large bathroom. Breakfast very good. Parked on road across from the B & B our choice. Would stay there again.

Graham and Karen are friendly. The location is great.

Corine and Ron were the best hosts we have ever experienced! Ron is a talented chef and Corine just did everything she could to make sure we were happy, even to the point of helping me find a way to fill a prescription, when I hadn't brought enough from Canada! We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them and felt like friends by the time we left. The rooms were beautifully decorated and modern, each with its own theme. We were welcomed with a glass of wine, had dinner in their restaurant and...

Lovely, comfortable room in a converted skittles alley. Had a great meal in the restaurant. Went on a 1 1 1/2 hour hike in the morning. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Friendly owner, decent breakfast, clean rooms. If I would make any suggestions, it would be to have a luggage rack or large shelf in the room as there is limited space to lay a suitcase flat other than the bed.

Everything was excellent except the breakfast wasn’t the best.

Quaint and great hosts. Loved the food and the friendly dogs in the pub!

warm and hospitable host, lovely clean place, beach view right at the hearth of it!
