In hotel’s public area, like reception desk, restaurant and health club, elevator etc, we provide the hand sanitizer for guests easy use.We also strengthen the disinfection and cleaning every day. What is unique is the aquarium in the middle of the lobby. I did not like the menu in breakfast buffet because it seems they remove indian food? There was no curry and no fish in the menu.

Excellent staff. Very helpful. The room was not the cleanest but I would say clean enough. The non smoking room was great and had no smell of any smoke. Good room service.

Free water shortage
Everything was perfect if there was a small criticism it would be that if you pay extra you get free drinks and food at the executive club which is well worth the money also free mini bar But come on guys tells have some free bottled water

A nice overall experience
Nice location in Longgang, room was spacious and clean, on the down side there are not many vegetarian options in the meal options. One more thing, the pillows are not comfortable at all.

Nice place although it is pretty far from 5 star.
Nice rooms, trying to look extravagant but missed a few details. Overall I still confidently call them nice. One thing, however, you have to be very careful about: cigarette smoke! You can of course request a non-smoking room but there is no guarantee that you will get one at first try. The staff will insist that they give you a non-smoking room but you have to insist that your room still smells badly. Eventually they find you one that may not be completely smoke free but you can accept. This is actually a common issue all over China.

I have a pleasant stay in this hotel. Hotel stuffs' service were good except the concierge politeness need to be improved. Buffet breakfast has many varieties but the food is not so tasty, however they have delicious bread.

y room was quite large...not sure if it was an upgrade....Linens very good...although the bathrobe is made for very small people...I weigh 170 lbs...and this robe was made for a man that weighs 120 lbs,hardly the norm??Small detail...but they can do better.All the rest was very good .Check out was excessively very slow...Also could be improved

quiet inside, noisy outside, a club keep mega bass and play loud music whole day. I cant really sleep. I dont think the hotel can do anything to improve the situation. So you should take this into consideration before you book this hotel.

Had a few issues with the room location and especially the thermostat (didn't work at all). However, the staff, especially Daniel and Koya, went above and beyond to make up for the problems. By far the best hotel in that particular area of Dongguan.

Wonderful stay for a business trip
This was my third stay at the hotel. Very pleased. Staff are very helpful. Facilities good (used the pool this time). Rooms are clean and the breakfast (English plus a full range for travellers across the globe) is excellent. Would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel with fitness center and good breakfast
Just one thing i don't like about the hotel is the moment you check out, you won't be allowed to use the wireless internet. That is something I don't like about the hotel.
