"We had a great time at the cozy Cub den. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for us to make all of our meals in..even Thanksgiving dinner! The location was well positioned to get to Luray Caverns and the mid section of Shenandoah National Park. We had plenty of room for our group of five adults and two kids. The boys enjoyed the gaming system and the hot tub was a nice treat after hiking. "

"Great setup on the river. Close to hiking and other amenities, like Masanutten water park. For us, the setup of the property was even better in person. Kids loved the loft. We used the hot tub every night along with the fire pit. Lots of wood split and ready. Kayaking was a blast and really beautiful views no matter what direction you look. You can hear the river flowing from the house with the windows open. Even our dog had a blast! Everything was clean and organized. Highly recommend. "

"Love the peacefulness of the setting, can't be beat. The wait staff at the Lodge restaurant and cafe were great. Hubby is a wheelchair user. Please, stop standing there waiting for us as we a struggling to open, hold the door open and get through the door. Helping another customer, I have no problem with you not offering an extra hand. Just standing there waiting for us to get to the desk to check in or go anywhere in the building, walk over and help. Seating in the restaurant. If the table closet to the hostess stand is available, please remove a chair and put us there. That table had 6-8 feet of open space behind it. We were left at a table with chairs backing to other chairs because it was that servers turn to have a customer. You do that and I will always drag the chair from my table to the middle aisle as, well as the one at the table behind the wheelchair space."

"I had a pleasant two-night stay at Hyatt Studios Harrisonburg. Since the hotel is newly built, everything feels modern, and the room was very clean. I also liked having a kitchenette, which is convenient for longer stays. The location is another plus. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive to downtown Harrisonburg, making it a great base for exploring the area or visiting Shenandoah National Park. There are a few areas that could be improved. The complimentary breakfast is quite limited at the moment, with only oranges, bananas, muffins, Nutri-Grain bars, tea, and coffee. It would be nice to see more substantial options in the future. Since the hotel is newly constructed, there was also a noticeable “new building” smell in the room. In addition, I found the air conditioner a bit difficult to adjust, making it challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again. As the hotel continues to settle in and expands its amenities, I think it has the potential to be an excellent place to stay."
