Bring your boat - this incredible rental comes with its own private, sandy beach and dock. Less than two hours from the Twin Cities, Shell Lake is situated right on the famous ATV and snowmobile trails of Northwest Wisconsin - perfect for those weekend warriors who are looking for an easy and relaxing getaway. This stunning home is two stories with three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs accompanied by a gorgeous great room with a gourmet kitchen and large deck overlooking Shell Lake. The ground level has an air-conditioned game room with TV, leather couches, and queen-sized Murphy bed for additional sleeping quarters. The game room opens directly to the patio and gorgeous lake! A garage door (with netting when attached) provides the perfect lakeside breeze and view of the beach and dock! There is plenty of space here for game night, snowmobile gear, etc. There is also a lakeside-accessible full bathroom and lakeside kitchen! It does not get any better than this! The covered patio includes a kitchen with a sink and full-sized fridge directly accessible to the lake. Turn the corner for a full bathroom and changing room. This owner thought of every detail to perfection! The second floor is where all of the bedrooms are located with great views of this beautiful area. The master bedroom is immediately on your right upon entry and includes a king bed with TV and ensuite bathroom with an amazing shower! To your left upon entry, you will notice a fabulous guest bedroom with a queen size bed with TV. Next, you will notice a perfectly appointed bedroom with two twin beds located directly across from a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom includes a shower/bath combo with beautiful tile work! Continue your stroll down the grand hall into the great room with unforgettable lake views! On your left is a living room with an electric fireplace, TV and comfortable couches to take in those views! On the right is a well-appointed modern, gourmet kitchen with a large pantry and massive island for entertaining! Enjoy dinner, prepared on the grill and Blackstone provided, at the large dining room table while watching the loons sing! The dining room patio door opens to a massive deck and stairs leading to the pristine Shell Lake! We stayed in Shell Lake for an extended weekend. Shannon’s house was immaculate. It’s basically brand new and offered every amenity one would want. My favorite was the Bluetooth speakers located everywhere inside and outside her house. When we showed up she greeted us and gave us a walk through so we felt like it was our own home. She was extremely quick to respond with any questions we had as well. Out the back door is the lake which is extremely clear with sandy beaches. She has a nice dock that we were able to use as well as lawn chairs, a fire pit, propane grill, and Blackstone! Easily 5 stars! ##### Erik W. My friends and I had the perfect weekend staying at Shannon's brand new cabin rental. The home is gorgeous and has the perfect location right off the highway in Shell Lake. We loved the huge deck overlooking the lake, the beach area and dock leading to the crystal clear waters of the lake. Shannon was always available for any questions we had and was quick to respond. Great open concept with a huge island and dinner table. It never felt cramped. I would have loved to stay longer. We stayed for an extended weekend but will definitely be back. Weather cooperated for the most part however the house was setup for rain or shine. Lots of covered outdoor space to hangout and the screened in living area downstairs was great for the kids. I brought my pontoon and my brother in law brought his side by side. Boat launch is two houses down and it has parking available.
