Young man at desk was kind and professional quickly checked us into our room, convenient location close to airport, only hotel with a reasonable rate in town, the carpets were kind of gross.

Enjoyed being able to check in early, check in did take a long time, had to run my card a few times and didnt explain what was going on. Once questioned staff stated the computer program wasnt allowing him to complete the task. Was so told pool was open 6p-10p, inside the pool states different. We did not eat the free breakfast, the kids decided to sleep in. The pool was nice and big and the hot tub was perfectly hot. Shower was a bit rough but there are signs saying they are renovating.

Well worth the money. The room was recently updated and the bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub was great The staff was very friendly and helpful as well

The room was so hot first night heater was on high. Rooms need an update limited working outlets smoke dectector was hanging from ceiling. Staff members were very friendly.

When walking to my room I almost stepped in a big pile of dog poop. The next morning it was still there and looked like someone had stepped in it. I took a picture and mentioned it to the clerk. She said “yes, I saw that”. !!! So I guess she just decided to leave it there for someone else to step in☹️

Sidewalks cracked, crumbling, same with parking lots. Difficult to find a parking spot that is near room since stairwells don’t connect to every floor. Staff was pleasant, Room was disappointing, patched up leaks in ceiling were discolored and probably still leaking. Large spider in room was not welcome. Worst part was the noise from family above. Children banging for hours. Complained at 11:15 to front desk and problem resolved for about half hour then resumed. Will never stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and very quiet. The breakfast area was large and adequate for several people. The food on offer was average. The room was not very quiet as truck traffic on Shelburne was ongoing throughout the night/morning. Also, my family name is misspelled on this review.

High price for quality service
The place need some renovations. Very old bathroom, the floor is cracking, the access to the swimming pool is on renovation on some places. The staff is not very welcoming nor any room service were done. The only positif feedback is the bed and pillows are confortables and in good condition. In summery, the price is very high for what you get.

We'll be back :)
The hotel is a bit outdated, but still has everything you need on a skiing trip. Hot tub to relax and a breakfast to load up in the morning.
