Spa is a very small pool area with 4 beds which you can’t access until check in. Default answer to any request is no. We only gave our name at reception to be ushered back out the door and told to comeback later. No offer to hold luggage, told to go and sit outside restaurant and that there would be no food. Reception staff especially rude and unprofessional. Tasting menu good but surrounded by screaming babies and only one good server.
