Our room and ensuite was fine. We booked cheapest room so bathroom compact. Common kitchen / lounge had washing machine dish washer & microwave . TV not working ( we didn’t ctc host to fix as no real time to enjoy)Location a bit grungy. Outside Rubbish a problem so urge owners to fix this. Great if you have a car as easy free parking. Convenient shopping centre about 15 min walk

The staff were exceptional - really polite and helpful. The breakfast was great, so much choice, especially the continental. Excellent spa facilities. Would highly recommend and happily return :)
