This property is not that old and is declining fast. There was no hot water to speak of during our stay.

Staff was excellent. Brenda and Shawn need a pay raise. They make you feel very welcome. They were super attentive to our needs. Breakfast was excellent.

The shower drain was sharp and cut my daughter foot in room 227. That room is RIGHT by the fire escape everyone uses along with the pool slide so it’s louder. Pool was FREEZING cold, kids were shivering and the slide need something so that kids don’t hit their heads (mine hit their head over and over) The room was clean but I did find dog hair in my bed. Ice machine was broken on every floor all weekend long. The staff was very kind and helpful. I don’t think we will be back though.

This property was old. They lost my reservation because the computers were down. The hotel was 90 degrees and smelled like broccoli all they the hotel. The inside of the rooms smelled ok. The shower didn’t work only bath. The water was cold and never got hot. The bathroom and shower were dirty. The pool was closed which is good because it was brown and green inside. There were many beer and pizza containers in the pool area. There was no phone in the room. The linens were dirty We had to lay on top of the blanket. The elevator was very dirty inside. Yellow Wet Floor sign in the elevator from the time i checked in until i checked out. Overall the property has potential but it’s very unkept. Therate was ok at $130 but the facility was more like a Super 8 or Motel 6 so $130 was high. I will not stay here again.

Water slide was interesting for the kids. Breakfast was good. They even opened breakfast early for our softball players. Water heater that served our room must have been broken. Cold shower the second night of our stay, and then the following morning also. The hotel over booked, and we did not get the level/style of room that we originally booked.

This property was ok on cleanliness. We only had one towel and no shampoo the first night, but the front desk took care of it. Bed was comfy and breakfast was excellent though.

There were heavy police that had a situation on our floor. they came in with a shield and large weapon. We did have to evacuate our floor due to safety. The hot water was not working and made showering impossible. Unless you wanted to take a freezing shower. The air-conditioning would either be freezing, or the room would be too hot. The TV signal would go out at times. I will say the staff was new but very nice and they did their best with what they had to work with. The breakfast was okay but not much to choose from.

The staff was very helpful. The kids loved the pool and the slide. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. I'd stay there again. It was very busy and the staff still made it great! Very friendly!

The hotel was a great location and the staff was incredibly nice and friendly. But the room was not clean. I found a makeup case and I used Q-tip on the floor and the shower. Had pink mold like you get when you don’t wash it for a long time, and there was black Hairs all over the wall of the shower before we had even used it . The pool had a really funky smell, and there was vomit on the floor. We discovered as we were leaving. On day two the pool was shut down by the health inspector.

Hotel looks nice at first but the walls are covered in wallpaper that’s falling down everywhere. Our toilet broke on the 2nd day we were there. Bathroom was dirty and had hair all over the floor. We booked here because of the fun looking water slide. My daughter swam the first night and the next morning it apparently didn’t pass inspection and was closed for safety the rest of our stay. Would not recommend.

As a professional cleaner the cleanliness of this room is subpar. I’ve stayed at several hotels lately and this is by far the least clean of all. It’s simple things housekeepers shouldn’t be missing for such a small hotel.

We stayed here on the first night of our trip. The room was large and the bed was comfy. Room temperature was easy to control. Very clean. The breakfast was a buffet style and plentiful . Staff was very friendly and helpful!
