« Absolutely loved this place. The decor was rustic, quirky with some steam punk thrown in. The atmosphere was relaxing and Helen and John were so welcoming and friendly. We were on our way to an event and we wanted to get our bearings in daylight as we would not be checking in until the evening so we popped in on the way. We were welcomed by Ocho the dog, such a handsome good boy!! There is some building works going on outside but don't let this put you off. I would love to see the place in the...

« We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3 »

« A nice friendly farm B and B. I was in the anex which was a 1st floor room with the bath room below. It had a whirlpool bath. I found everything clean and usable. It had a small cupboard style kitchenette which was nice with a sink element and plates, cups and cutlery with tea and coffee. The breakfast was in the main farm house next door which was nice and cooked to order by the host who was very helpful and polite. All in all I would use this accommodation again. Thanks »

« Bon empldcement , tout près du centre de Chepstow et de la Severn. Un peu déconcertant car on accède au B&B et à sa chambre et à la salle de bain (privative mais séparée) via un code sur clavier digital.Cela s'avère finalement très pratique.On prépare aussi son petit-déjeuner, en fait on se sent comme à la maison, breakfast dans le backyard... Très sympa. »

"Hôtel dans un ancien manoir avec bcp de charme. Tout à été récemment rénové avec bcp de goût. Chambres standard de taille correcte. Belle salle d’eau. Certaines chambres donnent sur le système d’air conditionné et sont très bruyantes! Demander à changer si c’est le cas. Petit déjeuner sur commande et de bonne qualité. Dîner très correct et plats copieux. Bon rapport qualité prix. Le spa est THE SPA. Grande piscine, vraie salle de sport bien équipée et sauna, hammam. Accès d’1h inclus dans chaque chambre. L’hôtel mérite ses 4 étoiles amplement. "

"Nous sommes un peu déçus… l’hôtel est en fait attenant au manoir et non dans le manoir. Nos chambres n’étaient pas très propres (draps salis, rideaux déchirés, trace de nourriture présente sur la moquette) mais spacieux (les enfants avaient leur propre chambre attenante). La piscine est un peu vieillotte. Le personnel est discret, poli mais un peu trop détaché des besoins des clients."
