« A nice friendly farm B and B. I was in the anex which was a 1st floor room with the bath room below. It had a whirlpool bath. I found everything clean and usable. It had a small cupboard style kitchenette which was nice with a sink element and plates, cups and cutlery with tea and coffee. The breakfast was in the main farm house next door which was nice and cooked to order by the host who was very helpful and polite. All in all I would use this accommodation again. Thanks »

« We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3 »

"Hôtel dans un ancien manoir avec bcp de charme. Tout à été récemment rénové avec bcp de goût. Chambres standard de taille correcte. Belle salle d’eau. Certaines chambres donnent sur le système d’air conditionné et sont très bruyantes! Demander à changer si c’est le cas. Petit déjeuner sur commande et de bonne qualité. Dîner très correct et plats copieux. Bon rapport qualité prix. Le spa est THE SPA. Grande piscine, vraie salle de sport bien équipée et sauna, hammam. Accès d’1h inclus dans chaque chambre. L’hôtel mérite ses 4 étoiles amplement. "

"Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Accueil sympathique. Grande chambre familiale avec un coin avec un canapé lit (moyennement confortable et bruyant) et un coin avec un lit double. De la place pour le rangement. Grande salle de bain, produits de toilette et grande serviette de douche très moelleuse !! Un excellent petit déjeuner, varié et copieux. Super déco sur le buffet du petit dej et dans le hall. Situé à 10/15 minutes du centre ville. Parking à prix réduit en face de l'hôtel"

"Nous sommes un peu déçus… l’hôtel est en fait attenant au manoir et non dans le manoir. Nos chambres n’étaient pas très propres (draps salis, rideaux déchirés, trace de nourriture présente sur la moquette) mais spacieux (les enfants avaient leur propre chambre attenante). La piscine est un peu vieillotte. Le personnel est discret, poli mais un peu trop détaché des besoins des clients."

"Hôtel très cosy, calme et agréable. Personnel très gentil. Dans une rue sans voiture avec les transports pas très loin. Dommage que le lit ne soit pas un lit de 160 et qu'il n'y ait pas au moins une chaîne de télé française, mais c'est un détail. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et la gentillesse du personnel qui a su aussi nous renseigner sur les transports et autre."

"Hotel bien. Le seul bémol c'est qu'on a choisi cette hotel pour la piscine et elle etait fermee car trop de monde pas cool du tout pour les enfants. Le parking a 8 livres non surveillè c est de l abus par contre pour tout le reste rien a dire c'était tres bien"
