Deception, Lies, Discrimination upon Arrival !!!!!
How can I rate something that I never used even I paid my reservation in full on September 1st. for November 7th. arrival??? There was a deception of advertising about Domina Oasis during my reservation. This hotel is one of 9 hotels located in a gated village called " Domina Coral Bay" which also includes owned villas, apartments, chalets with the so- called Time- Sharing system. So, this Domina Oasis Hotel & the other 8 hotels are just hotels (not resorts) but share large common area of the beach & other facilities. Anyhow, upon my arrival I was given the key to a room in building #46 but I couldn't find that number on the map as part of Domina Oasis so I checked with the Reception & I was told that because I had another reservation with Domina Aquamarine Hotel they put me in Aquamarine first & then my next stay will be at Domina oasis (it was a big lie). That room at bldg.#46 was a chalet/timesharing system. When the time came for my next reservation at Domina Aquamarine, the staff at the Reception didn't apologize for not honoring my reservation at Domina Oasis but had the audacity to say that Domina Oasis was overbooked & that is why we upgraded you to Bldg.#46 (which was another big lie). Building #46 does not resemble anything about Domina Oasis. It was a clear discrimination towards an Egyptian woman (with dual citizenships) just to accommodate people from Europe & eastern Europe. Domina Oasis is full of lies, deception, discrimination & dishonoring my reservation.

Good place for families with children
Room was beautiful, with a ground level balcony. The complex is huge, lovely swimming pool. The main beach is rocky and very little swimming area. The majority of the guests were Italian. Good place for families.

Everything in one
The hotel has its own beaches. It has activities throughout the day for everyone of all ages. It features All-Inclusive along with additional restaurants for everyone's flavor. It is a great hotel but needs a few updates as well as wifi for rooms need upgrade.

The Sheikh coast reef is great for snorkeling
It was a nice vacation especially the snorkeling at the reef; it is really an amazing site.

A town not only a resort!
Domina coral bay is more than a resort, it is a small town where you can find all the facilitates including shopping and many activities. Most of the staff and the clients are Italian being owned by an Italian investor. Professional staff especially the activities team. very nice sea view. Buses are available all around to take you to anf from your location.

The hotel was OK but the people from the reception were bad I had to spend a long time in the reception before getting the room and I had to call you guy's to get it and they have tried every trick they can to sel me the room on there prise and not give me the room aat the price you gave me so please stop dealing with such hotels

harassment against females
be aware of vacation in Egypt if you speak Arabic and have a foreign wife you will not be happy with environment and continuous comment which directed to females on at least 2 different occasion during my stay at this hotel we were subjected to inappropriate comments . forget about going on the street that is a complete adventure. I made hotel manager aware who acknowledge problem but said a little can be done as harassment against females is bigger than one or two people can fix in entire society. forget about abuse of tourists by taxi drivers and unreasonable and crazy taxi fares.

when we checked in there were no available rooms and the receptionist told me that he will make us a free upgrade to a better resort which is domina harem and he claimed that it was better and as my booking was two sea view rooms I expected to get what I paid for and better as he told me,on our way to the room we had to stay in a line in which they search all the bags in a barbaric way it seems that they haven't heard about modern technology in which there is a device that scan your luggage then we had to ride this stupid ride called "taftaf " to go to the rooms, when we went to the rooms one of them was a ground floor room with no view at all and with cats all over the terrace so I tried to change the room without any use and their excuse was that they have done an upgrade to a better resort and I kept telling them that I don't need any UPGRADE I just need what I paid for which was SEA VIEW rooms, then after losing hope we tried to start enjoying our vacation but then every thing was just worse the food was so bad and very expensive, bad service, rooms were not clean at all , the blackouts curtains have holes in it so you can see the sunlight pass through which makes it impossible to sleep and at last I checked out 2 days early as I felt that my vacation was ruined by this inexperienced staff and this very bad hotel that would barely be a 3 stars one, and what I am really wandering about is if this resort called harem is better than oasis so what would oasis look like!!

Excellent reception because later every thing is very bad .not all inclusive 1 beach bar for very long beach at night you must walk toooo much to bring drink food is not so good.pool is tooo far .all of this is ok but the security team stool our things 3 times but i can bring my things after headache but i think other 1 cant bring his things when the security team steel it

Lovely hotel, fabulous grounds, great staff. Poor food lets it down but great value for money. This is my 5th stay and many thanks to Abdoo and Ramy at the bahia bar and pool bar.

Let down my awful food...Poor Poor Poor...
The poor quality of food let this Holiday Village down...other than this the Staff were outstanding, the Village is well planned out and had everything on site including its own "time zone" and transport system in the form of Taff Taffs, small open buses to ferry you around.. As an all inclusive destination I would not recommend...unless the food improved dramatically and the hotel management eradicated the wild birds flying all around the restaurant!! A health Hazard in itself....

This hotel has an amazing location and a very beautiful beach but service is not that great! When I first got into the room I noticed that everything is outdated and not we'll maintained, the sink and the bidnet were blocked, not all lights work, the safe was locked which mean they don't even check the room before they give it to you! TV is very small from the 90s which doesn't work sometimes. The mattress was really very dirty and old. in general all appliances needed updating and maintenance! But believe me the room wasn't the real problem, the real problem is the staff. Except the reception guys, almost everyone else was rude and not professional at all! They even back talk about the guests when they think that guests can't understand there language! dinner was okay but the breakfast has the same poor quality food everyday! In general this this hotel would've been one of the best hotels if it's under different and professional management.

THE HOTEL IS GREAT: IT IS LIKE A VILLAGE WITH EVERYTHING INSIDE: STORES, RESTAURANTS, ENTERTAINMENT, ETC... IF DESIRED, YOU WILL NOT NEED TO LEAVE THE HOTEL GROUNDS AT ALL... ON THE BAD SIDE, IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, WITH NO RESTAURANTS OR STORES SURROUNDING THE HOTEL, EXCEPT FOR THOSE INSIDE, SO IT FEELS LIKE A SEPARATE WORLD FROM SHARM EL SHEIKH ITSELF... ALSO, THEY ARE SO USED TO RUSSIAN AND ITALIAN TOURISTS, THAT EVERYTHING IS FOCUSED ON THEIR COSTUMES AND NEEDS AND NOTHING FOCUSED FOR SOMEONE COMING OF ANOTHER COUNTRY. THE BEACH IS AWESOME AND HUGE, INCREDIBLE TO DO SNORKELING, IT IS SO GREAT YOU DO NOT EVEN NEED TO GO ON A SNORKELING TRIP. I THINK IT IS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES I HAVE SEEN FOR FAMILY TRIPS OR COUPLE TRIPS. REGARDING THE PRICE, GIVEN THE SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE COUNTRY RIGHT NOW, THE VALUE COULD NOT BE BETTER.

well everything was good .. but something is very fishy about the coral restaurant food. I got really sick eating there 3 time a day for week. and i came back 3 days ago and I'm still sick in my stomach. what ever you do there don't eat their food. the casino slots was outdated. but we had fun over all

"Great hotel for a family"
Great hotel with excellent location. Very relaxing with good views and great weather. I booked 3 days and wanted to extend few more days but all rooms were fully booked. I certainly enjoyed my stay and the food was good. I would recommend this hotel to every one.

Great snorkelling!
Excellent jetty and beach. This meant absolutely fantastic snorkelling which hotels in naama bay would not match up to. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice clean room. Uninspiring food and very glad we didn't opt for the all inclusive option.

Greate hotel for many people for long staying.
I try to come to Domina every year for one month. love this place and will recommend to all my friends. From the minuce it is reception and HK stuff. Thinking very slowly...maybe bkz of Ramadan?

Positives: This hotel has a private beach. The rooms are decorated with a modern style. The hotel staff were fairly friendly, but not everything should require a tip! Negatives: Beds are as hard as a rock (makes more sense to sleep on the floor). The hotel is so big (3 miles round) that you have to wait 10 minutes to go anywhere by shuttle. The breakfast buffet was barely considered fair, but definetly not that of 5* stars. The water temperature in the room was barely warm, and the AC took more than 2 hours to bring the temperature to tolerable.

Domina - mixed feelings
The hotel has a great property. It is beautiful and huge. It is great for lovers of walking and jogging. The beach is also nice and big. Food, was, unfortunately, very disappointing in terms of quality and price. We did not buy an all inclusive package and it never cost us less than 25 USD per person for a simple meal consisting of the cheapest entree and a non-alcoholic drink in any of the hotel's multiple restaurants. And this is in Egypt where food in the market is so cheap and where a doctor makes $87 a month! The quality of this food, was, however that of a cheap cafeteria. We got so tired of this food that we had to go to Sheraton nearby where we were glad to pay $30 per person for a buffet with a Middle Eastern cuisine. And this was worth it. I was a bit disappointed that all the shows were western – Russian and Italian and not a single belly dancer or a whirling dervish. I was there with a family member and it was her first time in Egypt. I was hoping that she could see more of Egyptian culture.
