The “require a major CC is knd o DD ridiculous, the gentlemen that checked me in did make an exception and was able to pay cash deposit of $300 but I was not advised that 26 dollars from that, was for pet fees until check out time. Especially being a hypoallergenic poodle at 6 lbs, especially when I stayed for well over a year at Fredericton hotel in 2023, for over 50k. No upgrades offerings even if only, 18 rooms occupied last night January 5th 2026
Also need to work on your ihg rewards program.

Room is ok but outdated.
Staff are ok …and did not go out of there way to helps us navigate with no functioning elevators.
Food was simply also outdated. Calamars overcooked and waited 1 hour to get fish and chips… 10 people were in the restaurant.
Parking is filthy and lack of lighting.

I had to call the motel ( thankfully I’d written down their number) as there was no address on the Expedia page. Not sure who’s responsible for that, but it was difficult to find. Once I arrived all was well though. Would stay here again

It was all quite nice, met our needs. The tv was impossible for us to figure out, maybe a cheat sheet would be a good idea. None of the three of us could figure it out. We are used to fire stick and chrome.
