The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Other guests were courteous and polite. The whole area itself is a lovely little town. I would highly recommend staying here. The room was spotless. The hot tub jets were amazing. Had a beautiful view of the sunrise from my window.

The Ac did keep the room cool. It was a nice and spacious room ( 2 queen beds pet friendly oversized room) the only thing is room 305 had a broken sink lol . Or atleast it had a GIANT crack in it (still usable lol)! And the blinds were kinda gross .. and the window seal ..sticky.. everything else was perfect . Staff was able to provide me an extra blanket and some extra shampoos and body washes .very nice lady thank you

Room was clean and comfortable. However, there was no soaps, shampoo, hand cream, etc whatsoever in the room. Worse , the TV remote had no instructions and it takes an elect engr degree to make it work. I never really figured it out! Registration was easy but desk clerk had no clue on local sites and places to go. Staff needs local info. Breakfast and attendant were great but your great bisquits need white gravy to make a true Texas experience. Eggs your way is super.

After a long day on the road a nice hot shower was on the menu. There wasn’t any soap in the room. Went down to the front desk. Only to be told they had “run out” of soap & could supply me with more shampoo!!! I was dumbfounded I just walked away. Get back to my room ( on the 3rd floor) my key doesn’t work. Go back down to the desk to get this fixed. Go back to the room the key fails once again. Another trip to the desk. Back to the room it’s ok. Go out for supper. Get to our room the key doesn’t work. Back down to get this resolved. The last time we were at this hotel the TV didn’t work. So this is the last time they will get our business. For a BW plus are you supposed to remember to bring soap with you maybe next time you’ll be asked to provide toilet paper. What a disgrace.

Passing through on our drive out to Arizona. Lovely pet friendly hotel, easy access from I40, clean, comfortable beds and a good little breakfast with made to order eggs. Friendly staff and an overall good experience. Would stay here again.
