Very clean, nice amenities. One complaint, we had to up our party to 4 from 2 at the last minute. The change fee was over $200. It was cheaper to rent another room.

Loved everything about Fairfield Inn except the lack of hot water (didnt get hot enough) and the fitted sheet on bed (kept coming off bed during night. Elastic worn out)

Front desk staff was excellent. They were friendly and accommodating. Everyone we talked to had such a great attitude. Keep doing what you do. Oh yeah, the breakfast was excellent as well.

I had a wonderful stay and visit with my oldest son. My room was quiet and it was centrally located. I always felt safe and had a great sleep three nights in a row. I was greeted when I came into the hotel and when I left. The staff got to know me—great service. Made me smile. My room was clean, had daily housekeeping service, breakfast was good, and bed and pillows were comfortable. Now the cons, there was a stain on my sheet when my bed was made up the last day. I didn’t report it, but why? Also, there was room for other furniture but it was just a bed and office chair next to the desk. None of that is awful. But it would have been nice to relax without using the bed. I do think they need new linens to go with the beautiful redecorating of the entire hotel. I’d stay there again.

Outstanding hotel. Staff is helpful and quick check in. Location to hotel is perfect. Area has restaurants close by. Great amenities. Pool and hot tub.

Good facility, great staff.
This was a good trip and Fairfield helped make it so. The room was clean and quiet. Everything worked well. The free breakfast was good, healthy, varied just a bit each day, ready on time, and plentiful. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always available.

The property was nice but the water wasn’t working when we arrived and I needed to take a shower ended up not being able to take a shower for the whole evening.

Everything was great! We did have a little bit of traffic noise and lawn maintenance noise and were unable to really sleep in. Other than that great stay.

Ms. Jeannie at the front desk was amazing. She upgraded our room and allowed us early check-in! Not long after settling in, she called the room to make sure everything was satisfactory. Fabulous customer service. 4th time staying here because of it! Nice remodel as well. Clean and quiet as well!
