These other reviews here must be fake. Calling this property a 5 star hotel is just unrealistic. Notice how they all sound like advertisements for the hotel and were posted within a few days of each other? I’m not saying it was terrible but at best it’s a 2.5-3 start hotel. The woman at the front check in counter did speak well enough for us to check in and arrange my airport shuttle the next day with no problem. The restaurant staff did not speak any English and the menu was in Chinese. I managed to translate the menu with Google Translate and also use it to communicate my order to the waitress. I thought the food at dinner was good, I skipped the breakfast so I couldn’t comment on it. The property has been renovated a bit but it still has some dinginess to it. Mold and rust in the shower. Be clear it also not that close to the airport, definitely not an 8 min walk as they advertised. The shuttle took about 15 min and so did my taxi to the hotel from the airport. On maps it said walking would take nearly 1.5 hours, it is right across the street from the subway but I didn’t feel like messing around with taking the subway.

The first my room was awful ( smelled like smoke, very small size for three people) i wanted to refund my money and then they changed my room ( it was little bit better) but still smelt smoke and the toilet had bad smell 😔😔
Generally the location was okay but it is look like ARBN not hotel 👍👍

The room is huge and very clean. The dinner buffet was amazing with varieties of food and drinks. The free shuttle to the airport is a bonus. The hotel is connected with 2 big malls with tons of restaurants and eatery. The only downside is the gym and the pool which is for public use as well as the hotel guests. It can be crowded but pieces of equipment are top notch.
