The place was serene, peaceful, and opulent. Bed was comfortable, room was glamorous and all the meals we ordered were on point and delicious, be it local dishes or continental. The pool was clean and the views across the lake from the rooftop balcony were spectacular. The parts that need work are the time it takes to receive your food or drinks when you order. It sometimes takes as long as an hour just to get your food, which should never be acceptable. Also, the breakfast buffet was not it. For as much money as you are shelling out to stay here, the breakfast buffest was very lack-luster and frankly, very unappetizing. Rice water on a luxury resort buffet? Come on man, even secondary school dining halls do better for breakfast. Overall, the experience was superb, and I would definitely recommend the place to anyone, and would visit again, but will probably skip the breakfast buffet until it improves." The place was exceptionally clean, and I always felt comfortable. Room service was available on request, and they freshened up the room whenever needed. We always smiled when returning after a day out it felt welcoming every time. I’ve stayed in five-star hotels before, and while nothing in life is perfect, what matters is the effort and experience and this place offered a quality one. The pool was clean, and the staff were always attentive to requests. A special shout-out to the team Kenndy gave swimming lessons to my 11year old daughter he teachers swimming in the local community and from abroad Frank, James, Abner, and Grace who were always professional and ready to help. The food was good, great omelette and tilapia the quiet location made it peaceful, safe and 24 securityeven though the main road was a few miles away.
