« Staff friendly and efficient. Hot breakfast was fresh and tasty. Room: good amenities, couch was filthy and stained, room darkening curtain was stuck and did not pull down allowing light into our room all night, Disney Channel set to Spanish and we couldn't change it to English. We didn't get to watch Zootopia 2. »

« The morning staff did not know what was going and and rude while the evening staff specifically a woman name Elizabeth was very helpful and kind but soon to find out they had fired her the next day they basically over charged me for a room I already purchased »

« The property condition was really the only downfall to our stay. The entire second floor flooring was bowed and bouncy. Our room had a large dip by the bed that you tripped on all the time. Bathtub was loose and repaired with caulk. Overall a very nice hotel that looks like it was recently remodeled, but maybe cheaply done? »

« To keep it short and simple, this place is absolutely awful. Our room was filthy, with hair and crumbs everywhere. Our bed has BED BUGS and my kids and I got bit multiple times. The property is outdated and lacking extreme maintenance. Do not, under any circumstance stay here. Not sure why it has any good reviews. Still waiting to hear from property manager for refund. « Chambre correcte, agréable, silencieuse. Par contre le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. La fin du service est fixée à 9h00. Nous arrivons à 8h40 et dès 8h45 le personnel commence à débarrasser et ne ré-approvisionne pas, donc il faut faire avec ce qui reste autant dire pas grand chose. Pour ma part cela n'est pas correct ou bien on annonce que l'on n'est plus servi à partir de 8h45. Sur ce point je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. »
