It's the perfect place to stay in Seward! This stylish townhouse is located between the harbor and downtown, making it an easy venture to restaurants, shopping and most attractions. The upper level boasts a rich, open living space with a full kitchen, laundry, full bathroom, and dining area. Enjoy drinks or grilling on the cozy outdoor deck. The upper level bedroom features a King bed and includes a view of Mt. Marathon and a walk-in closet. The lower level is perfect for up to 6 more guests as you come down into a second full bathroom and two more bedrooms: one with three twin beds and the other with one queen and one twin. Parking is available right in front of the unit. The garage is not accessible for guests. Seward is a 2-3 hour scenic drive from Anchorage or you can take the Alaska Railroad to/from Seward for a scenic 4 hour journey. City of Seward provides a free shuttle that runs from the Harbor to Downtown with stops in between. As a free resource, my husband Clay, a local boat captain, and I are here to answer questions or help you book the perfect excursion to explore Seward and the surrounding Kenai Fjords National Park. We offer discounts on many tours to our guests. Kylee, Clay and the Seward Vacation Stays team are excited to host you, share their favorite Alaskan adventures, and ensure you have the very best stay in Seward. No parking in the garage. We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we do provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. We do not allow processing of fish on property. Unfortunately, the ocean view that once was (the townhouse's namesake) has become shielded due to growing trees. However, it's still got a wonderful mountain view and the ocean front is a couple of short blocks away. We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we do provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. It was extremely clean and bright and perfect for us. We were in Seward for our son’s wedding and we came up a few days early so we could explore the area and it is a breathtakingly beautiful area. We needed a wheelchair for one of our relatives for the wedding so Captain Clay, one of the house managers came to the rescue and brought one over for us to use for free. That was awesome. It had everything we needed! The unit is close to all the shops. The beds were very comfortable which is super important to us. In addition, the host was wonderful to work with!
