"This is not a typical hotel that you walked in to a lobby instead it has various cabins with great views of the mountains around. You can walk to the lake within 2 minutes. The staff is also very helpful. We stayed one night for a family trip and overall everything was great. "
"My room was not made up so after several phone calls they switched me to another room. My only issue was that they directed me to an unsecured closet with keys to every room in an unsecured key box. Very unsafe anyone could have accessed it and have access to any room. Also not able to communicate well in English "

"Lovely hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. We opted for a larger room with a balcony, which was great. The location was handy for both the lake and for walking into Annecy centre. There were a number of car parks as well as shops (including boulangeries) in the immediate vicinity of the horel. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others."

"It was such a wonderful place to stay.The only issue was the early check out at 10, and there was no iron. Other than that everything was perfectly perfect."
"Wonderful location on the shore of the lake. Short walk to old town and neighborhood bars and restaurants. We rented the ebikes 3 times for a trip around the lake. "

"We had an amazing time! The location of this house was so ideal for us. We were able to walk right from our house and to a dock to swim (which we did every morning and evening) in the crystal clear water. It was not even a five minute walk. The house is right on the bike path so you can bike from there anywhere. It also is directly across the street from tons of trails where you can walk or run. The trails start out steep but then you get higher up on the ridge line and there are tons of places to run/hike with great views. We had an exceptionally good time. The view from the house is incredible and we pretty much spent all of our time outside. The pool is small. We still used it but not too much given the proximity to the lake. We would for sure stay here again! "
"Although far from the center of beautiful Annecy, the hotel is very accessible by public transportation, with a bus stop only a few minutes away by foot. Big grocery stores are also within walking distance, which makes it very handy when you are travelling with family and don't want to spend a ton of money on restaurants. There is not much to do around the hotel, but it means the area is very quiet. We also appreciated the tables outside in front of the lobby, where we played cards in the evening. If we have the chance to return to Annecy one day, we will look into staying at this hotel again. "

"Belle chambre, salle de bain magnifique avec fenêtre, bon débit d'eau, l'eau chaude arrive très rapidement.
Le bus en face du logement est pratique, et malgré la route très passante, la chambre était très bien insonorisée.
