Spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet in a safe area of the city. It took a little bit of time to figure out how to get to the "centro" and a few other things, but other than that it is a good place to stay at.

Reservei este Studio contando com 1 secador de cabelo e uma máquina de café que estava na lista dos ítens, porém não tinha. Apesar de ser um pequeno apartamento reformado, Não foi investido numa cama confortável e nem travesseiros, só tinha dois precários. A cama era dessa de armar de ferro tipo de acampamento. Faltou também um grande espelho para ver por inteira. Faltou investir no mobiliário.

Nicely located apartment within the walls and 10/15 minutes walk from the northern Sevilla sites. Parking is difficult anywhere in town so the owner recommended an underground car park about 10 minutes walk away - just outside the walls - which served very well. We bought a 4 day ticket for 45 euros which in hindsight seemed good value. Apartment is quirky, clean and great for a few days. Owner is very helpful and has a good sense of humour. There's a great local restaurant just 250 yards away - Contenedor - which is rightly recommended in several guides but booking ahead is wise.

Si tratta di un appartamento, ben strutturato. Il personale non l' ho mai visto, ma mandano le info su come entrare per la prima volta o per il parcheggio via Whatsapp ed e-mail. Sono disponibili. La zona é bellissima e caratteristica (Macarena) a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e adiacente alle colonne d' Ercole in cui tutte le sere c' è festa!

Es un apartamento espartano, donde todo parece muy antiguo. La decoración es inexistente, los colchones y el sofa son viejos e incomodísimos (que Dios se apiade de ti si tienes alergia a los ácaros del polvo), la mesa de la cocina era inutilizable. Hay que señalar que tanto el baño como la cocina parecían limpios, pero la impresión general dejaba mucho que desear. La situación es relativamente buena (si no te importa andar), aunque en un barrio sucio y descuidado (como lo son todas esas calles marginales de las que se componen los suburbios de Sevilla).

ruhiges Apartment in netter Wohngegend

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber mit guten Infos über Sevilla. Fanden die Lage sehr gut, etwas aus dem Zentrum, dafür ruhiger mit netter spanischer Bar zum Frühstücken und einem tollen Restaurant in der Nachbarschaft. Ausstattung des Apartment war durchschnittlich. Was soll ein riesiger Kleiderschrank ohne Einlegeböden? Vielleicht mal in eine neue Pfanne und Geschirr investieren! Sauberkeit könnte deutlich besser sein.

Good location, but some issues.

The apartments are well located and are just a short walk to the main centre. We were provided check-in instructions via email before our arrival- in this email, we were told that the manager would meet us on the day of check in. After spending three nights at the apartment, we didn't see a single member of staff and weren't greeted once. The apartment is well furnished and relatively clean: the kitchen could do with a bit of refurbishment. The main problem was the lack of hot water: after washing up about three or four plates and some cutlery, both myself and my partner had to deal with freezing cold showers every single day. (We would've obviously reported this, had there been a member of staff around to talk to...) Similarly, the tiled flooring made the apartment incredibly cold in the evenings. Once we managed to work out how to use the air vent for hot air, it was slightly more bearable. Overall, it was worth the price we paid. Just a little more hospitality would've been appreciated.

Nice, comfortable, charming; could be a long walk to parking

Clean, charming, lots of space, comfortable beds, good location, and helpful tips from owner. If you are driving a car, especially if road construction continues blocking the narrow one-way street, it will not be possible to drop off and pick up bags and people at the front door, and you will need time time to find parking in the recommended lot or nearby, and then comfortable shoes and water to keep cool to walk back to the hotel. Careful, a larger car like we had might not fit around corners of some nearby streets. Overall, nice and a great value.

Une excellente adresse à Séville

Appartement très confortable, accueil sympathique et très bien organisé. Les vélos à disposition sont un réel plus. Rien à redire, sauf peut-être qu'il manque des bols pour le petit déjeuner...
