Good location and was able to find parking in the street for 4 days without having to pay for it on a private parking. Property is clean and spacious. Had no problems whatsoever. Nearby restaurants and grocery shops and close to many attractions.

Fun and comfy

Great design and location. Having 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was amazing. Very comfortable. You may want to pro-actively request a second set of keys. We dealt with only one set but that proved inconvenient at times. (For a place that accommodates 6+ people comfortably, it is likely that members of the group will come and go at different times.) Separate laundry room with drying racks is also a nice convenience.

Very Close to a lit ofvrestaurants, Cathedral etc. The only thing i didnt like its that we get only one set of keys that opens door and locked the door but also turns electricity on. If you need to unlock to go out but more people stays inside, the electricity, A/c shots off... You need a good reason to ask for an extra set of keys, in my case we were two families together. They said only one set to conserve energy, a thing I pay with for staying. If you have things in the fridge and leave the room, they wont get cold enough. But its very ckean and great access to a lot of places and very quiet street

Great property within walking distance to many amazing sites. Property was easy to find and access. Great communication and had everything that we needed. Stayed there with my husband, myself and 3 kids and we had space for what we needed.

Check in was faultless with someone waiting to let us in and show us around the property when we arrived. Everything you could want was accommodated for although a few extra towels would have been useful. We could not get enough hot water on the final night which was annoying as I was mid-shower when the water went cold!

Un peu surprenant, les arrivées tardives sont facturées après 22h (10€) et plus ensuite, mais c'est indiqué lors de la réservation, et ce n'est pas un hôtel. Il n'y a pas de permanence sur place mais le staff est très disponible et réactif si nécessaire. L'endroit est parfait, très bien situé, et équipé du nécessaire. une adresse à retenir. Manque une (vraie) terrasse pour l'appartement du rez de chaussée !

This was a first apartment stay for us. This was an excellent experience. The place is located in a great location. Restaurants and shopping within minutes. The parking garage was few minutes walk. The apartment was clean and have all of the amenities you need. Carmen was helpful and not intrusive. She helped with flamingo dance reservations and local restaurant recommendations. This was a great stay.

Good apartment, far parking lot.

3PM check-in, 11AM checkout, 10min away parking lot; short time to cathedral tour which close at 5PM. Staff arrived 3:15 eve if I mailed to arrive at 3PM. Not enough shampoo.

Great location in Seville -- near a number of attractions, close to bars and restaurants. Apartments have all been nicely renovated, the 2 bedroom apartment was clean and had an open kitchen/living room that is totally live-able and can accommodate small gatherings. All rooms are rewarded with high ceilings and lots of light.

Good for the price

The good: Carmen was fantastic and went out of her way to make our trip memorable. The apartment was in a safe area, and near supermarkets, a wonderful restaurant/bar (Bar El Baratillo - best food we had in Spain!), and the tourist spots (if you're willing to walk). The not-so-good: No toiletries (!!), and some small cockroach sightings on our second night
