first floor in modern building Close Macarana Church

New and high level building in front of Sevilla Muralla. First floor (on a total of 3), nice big patio in front of the floor, lot of light. One roomwith double bed, convertible sofa in the living room, tv, wifi. private parking inside same building as an option (13 € per night, 65€ by week). Bus access to the cathedral and surroundings at less 150 meters, by the ronda de capuchinos and in the other direction by torneo. Macarena church and Andalcucia Parliament at around 200 meters. Good Supermarket in same street, 30 meters. Cleaning during the stay, change of sheets and towels during the stay.

A perfect haven
Lovely spot for travelers looking to be in a real, safe neighborhood with easy access to the more touristic areas (just outside of the old city walls, 30 min walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral, 15 to cool neighborhoods). Didier was very communicative and a terrific host.

Oasis au confort contemporain au coeur de la Séville millénaire et trépidante.
Beaux espaces tout confort situé dans un quartier résidentiel en bordure de la ville historique. On peut joindre l'Alcazar en 15 mi par le bus ou 7euros en taxi ce qui est pratique à 35C ! Propriétaire disponible et aimable. Prenez le temps de lire son guide touristique et suivez ses conseils. Cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner et grand frigo. Lit confortable et clim irréprochable. Es un apartamento comodo con lo necesario para pasar unos dias. Bien equipado y con todo tipo de utensilios para cocinar. Esta bien situado y con buen tranporte publico. Didier fue muy atento y nos guardó nuestras maletas el dia de que nos fuimos, ya que nuestro avión era por la tarde.
