Toasted Marshmallow is a Tiny Home in Wears Valley!

  • Toasted Marshmallow is a Tiny Home! It may be only 400 sq ft but it packs all the amenities that you need for your stay in the Smoky Mountains. This Tiny Home has a small fire ring outside with a park grill and a picnic table so you can enjoy the outdoors. You can also relax on the deck and listen to the frogs in the nearby creek. As you go inside the Tiny Home to the left of the front door there is wrap around seating with a dining table. The TV is located above the table. The couch and coffee table is to the right of the door. Walking straight into the Tiny Home is the kitchen that is fully stocked with all items to eat in if you so desire. To the right of the kitchen is a stacked washer and dryer. There is a hall closet to hang clothing or to store away your luggage. The bathroom has a standup shower (no tub). The bedroom has a king bed and more storage. In the living room take the stairs up to a loft where there is also a king mattress and TV (the overall head room is 3 feet) it would be an ideal spot for young children or your teenagers. At the top of the stairs on the left is a small storage area for the loft area.

Had a great stay

The place was perfect! Clean, cozy and had everything you needed. Not too far away from town, yet tucked away. The location is clean and quiet! Dollar store right down the road. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome tiny home!

Awesome , clean tiny home for our stay in the Smoky Mountains. It was plenty of space for my family of 3. The views of the mountains from the tiny home sitting on the porch were very relaxing and peaceful. The loft area was plenty of space for my teenage daughter. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking a vacation to the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.

What a great place to stay! It is off the beaten path by about 7 miles, but there are 3 local restaurants all within a mile or so and a great coffee shop. The tiny house was the perfect size. The porch was wonderful. The view was incredible. It was super peaceful and quiet. NO INTERNET, which was frustrating, but it didn't kill me to do without for a week.

The only thing I would say is that we didn’t really know how to work the A/C unit. It got a little warm in there.
