It was good all but the driveway needed improved and the lightning in the house was bad need more light to dark inside

Hi Sanjay, we are very sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience on your vacation, however since you were unresponsive to our attempts to reach out to you and did not complete your online check in to receive arrival instructions to the cabin you had reserved, we do not have a way of verifying that you were in fact at our cabin. We cleaned the cabin on your day of arrival with clean linens, left the AC on, and made sure everything was in working order. We are not sure where were as you were not there when we came to check on you and did not reach out to our guest services line to ask for any assistance. We hope you had a wonderful vacation wherever you ended up!

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
At first it looks amazing. As we started looking around there were bugs on the floor. There were also a lot of cobwebs in between the windows and screens and the windowsills were full of dirt and bugs. Which was very sad considering the cabin sits right along a beautiful creek and we could not even open the winows to enjoy it. The outside hot tub was very dirty as well. Looked like it had not been emptied and scrubbed for quite some time. The water was only 72 degrees so even if it was clean we couldn't use it. Was not a romantic getaway at all. We were only there for about 20 minutes before we loaded our stuff back up and left. We have asked them for our money back and we are still waiting for them to answer us
