Terrible management for such a beautiful cabin
The cabin itself could be a beautiful place to stay, however there were many appliances broken and the management company that we dealth with, Cabins for You, was absolutely terrible. We were a youth group of 44 people going stay to attend a virtual online youth retreat. Upon arrival we discovered that the cabin had not really been cleaned. The floors were still dirty, we swept up a dustpan full of trash just on the main entry level. There was trash from the previous guest still in the home. There was dirty laundry from the previous guest still in some of the bathroom. Roaches were discovered on all three levels The futons and sofas still had crumbs on them. There was a leak under one of the kitchen sinks, it had towels stuffed underneath to absorb the dripping water. Many of the appliances were broken. Prior to arrival we were notified that one of the dishwashers was broken. However, once we got there neither dishwasher worked. One of them had broken glass in the bottom and the top rack had broken pieces to the dishwasher resting on top. One of the washing machines was also broken. Half of the GFCI outlets were not working and the breaker box was behind a locked door so we could not check to see if a breaker had tripped. Also, the internet was not working and did not work the entire time we were there. This was very frustrating for us considering that we had chosen this cabin to stream the virtual youth retreat in their theater room. The air conditoner on the third level never cooled that level to any less than 75 degrees, in some of the rooms on the third level I would imagine the temperature to be greater than 80 degrees. No code was given for the trash cans, and there was trash piled on top of the trash cans from previous guest. This caused a terrible problem with what appeared to be paper wasp. The wasp were so bad we could not enjoy the outside. Some of our group was stung trying to grill outside. The management company, Cabins for You, was difficult to deal with. They were always apologetic when we called about this laundry list of issues, but they rarely got anything fixed. We were never able to get internet service. They never fixed the dishwashers or washing machine. Come to find out the AC unit is underbuilt for such construction. Once the AC tech arrived, on the last day, he said the best we could get would be 75 degrees. Beautiful cabin, but horrible service. Would not recommend this cabin or management service.

Big family trip
The cabin was so nice and clean. Although if I go again I will bring my own pots and pans. The ones there need to be replaced. We had a few bugs in the bathrooms but I guess to be expected with a rental place. We saw a few roaches in the bathrooms. Not every room had bugs. The pool room needed to be fixed because hand rail was broke and the room was too hot. Kids enjoyed themselves but next time I need a cabin with a bigger pool for adults to enjoy too. Overall really nice cabin and I would rent again.
