Place was clean on inside and beds were comfy. However, I had let the contact know I had selected this place bc I was looking for a place for my husband to fish. There was 2 boats tied to dock and large floats, toys and a splash mat in the water. Plus owner had friends out on dock boating and swimming on the day my husband had to fish. One of the friends daughter walked right into the house to use the restroom! I contacted owner and he apologized and said she was just used to going there. before renting I was told he could use the dock for fishing.
