    ✶The booking guest must meet the minimum age requirement.
    ✶ There are 8 steps to enter the cabin

    ✶ Parking in front of the cabin can accommodate 3-4 vehicles.
    ✶ Dining table for 7 guests
    ✶ Decks on each level with patio furniture and a 6 person hot tub on the top level
    ✶ Starter kit including: paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry pods will be provided. You may run out of these items during your stay so you may want to bring extra!
    ✶ Events such as birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, etc. are permitted with host approval prior to booking.
    ✶ Access to shared pool (Managed by a third party so we have no control of the maintenance days, or closing and opening) open Memorial Day weekend through the weekend after Labor Day pool hours are 8am-7pm
    ✶2 king bedrooms, 1 king bedroom located on the first floor with attached bath with tub/shower, 1 king bedroom located on the second floor/loft with a queen sleeper sofa with a bathroom with walk-in shower and heart shaped jacuzzi tub, the second sleeper sofa is located on the first floor in the living room
    ✶Enjoy the playground that is a short walk from the cabin and the pool located by the entrance

    ✶ We are unable to provide refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/road conditions/covid/illnesses/other things that are beyond our control.
    ✶ If you bring more than 8 people without host approval you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
    ✶ If you bring a pet, you will be charged an extra fee of 500.00 and will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
    ✶ Late check-out is subjected to a late check-out fee of $150 USD.
    If your late checkout exceeds two hours you will be charged for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.
    ✶ Be aware of bears! Do not leave trash out or feed them! Keep in mind black bears can open car doors so please do not leave open food/drinks as it attracts them.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway!

We loved our time at this cabin! It was exactly what our family was looking for. The cabin was immaculate and the Christmas decorations were so warm and inviting. A short drive to Pigeon Forge made everything so convenient. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed and the icemaker was a nice surprise too. The decor is so charming and we loved the coffee bar, the games, the pool table and everything this cabin offered!!

Short Vacation (3 days) with Grandchildren

We have used VRBO properties for decades and this was one of the best, if not the best, property we have stayed at. The property was very clean, very well stocked and exactly like the pictures - perhaps better. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding appropriate. The views are wonderful and the environment is quiet and peaceful. We all highly recommend this cabin for your vacation. Thank you Kyle and Shannah for letting us stay at your property.

Home was clean and the hosts put a lot of thought into making this property special with ease of access. The views were absolutely stunning. They had a high chair and a pack n play already at the house. Board games, a wall with checkers on them. The hot tub was on auto and again the top was very easy to move to the back of the hot tub and was spring loaded to not take much effort and all these little details really help make the vacation a special on. The Night after we returned home we already missed the cabin a lot. Highly recommend and the host is very communicative, nice and prompt. Highly recommend and understand the pictures don’t even do justice to how nice the cabin is and all the thoughts and effort put into make your stay comfortable and fun. Will book this cabin again in the futur.

Exactly what we needed!

We decided to check out the Smokys for fall break over going to the beach and we were not disappointed. The cabin is exactly as pictured in the listing--beautiful! The views were breathtaking and peaceful. The entire place was very clean and king sized beds were very comfortable. Hello Kyle and Shannon I had an amazing time. The view was magnificent love the mountains. Everything was perfect in place and had everything we needed right at hands reach. Nothing short of amazing

We had so much fun during our family vacation at this property. It’s conveniently located close to the parkway while also making you feel secluded within the mountains. The view we woke up to every morning is enough to make me come back to this property. The kids loved how close it was to the playground. The space was clean and we were very surprised by how much was offered for us to use (extra throw blankets and a spice rack for some examples). While the roads to get to this cabin can be somewhat steep, we felt the driveway was definitely easily accessed. It has an incline but not that bad compared to others we saw. The only complaint my husband had was that the beds were very stiff for him, but I’m still going to make this a 5 star review because of how much we enjoyed it here. We can’t wait to go back.

Great cabin with fantastic views!

The cabin was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the charcoal grill and sitting in the hot tub in the evening overlooking the mountains. The cabin was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very timely with communication. We will definitely stay here again!
