The room and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh, and it was nice and warm when we entered. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated that they had a full cable channel package — great for relaxing after a long day. I also felt safe knowing there were security cameras outside each room. The location is just outside Orillia, so you’ll need to drive about 8–10 minutes into town for dining or groceries, which isn’t too bad. Some people might not love that it’s right along Highway 11, but earplugs were thoughtfully provided. The door has a digital key pad, so no worry about losing keys. The room is clean and bright. The bed is especially comfortable, nice sheets and blanket.It's a quick 8 km trip to Orilla for any supplies or dinning. The smoke detector fell off the wall in the middle of the night. One room didnt even have a smoke detector. The coffee pot still had a coffee bag in it and it was moldy. Old style radiators . Baseboard in bathrrom did not work. Felt sketchy in that area. Will not stay again.
