"Staff greeted us with warm cookies and smiles. Room was nice,clean and spacious. There was plenty of opions for breakfast. "

"We enjoyed the heated pool even if it was relatively cold outside. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, so we had a good night sleep. The breakfast was decent (hot eggs, sausages, waffles machines, yogurts, bagel and bread). Fresh oranges and apples. We appreciated the recommendation of local restaurants and landmarks. Nice touch."

"Stayed 2 nights - room key card reader didn't work, so person at desk had to let us in our room each time. They willingly did, but that was inconvenient for us and the employee. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty when we arrived. Breakfast was fresh. Staff provided restaurant and Caverns info."

"We had an end room and it was creaking like crazy due to the wind. It was so bad it kept us up. It sounded like a hurricane outside. The issue is that when we complain to the staff, they knew about it. They told us they had a lot of complaints about that. It makes no sense if if they knew about it why would they put us in a bad room where you can hear the wind and the walls are creaking. "
