"Very good shuttle service from hotel to KLIA1 and KLIA2. Just a short ride. Entire hotel is very clean what a pleasant site. Staff are extremely courteous and friendly. An excellent variety of food choices at breakfast. We were upgraded to a deluxe room. Very clean room. When taking a shower one had to be careful as it can be quite slippery when your feet has some soap. When going to the toilet be careful when you stand up as not to bump your nose against the closed sliding glass panel."
