This delightful 200 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It has two floors and a parking spot included inside the property.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate, and a microwave. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available.

The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The bedroom on this floor has a comfortable double bed, a TV, and an air-conditioner to cool off.

Upstairs, the second bedroom is modernly decorated and includes a double bed, multiple storage spaces, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, and a complete bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed, a hanging TV, a walking closet, and a bathroom.

The house has a travel crib to comfortably welcome the little ones.

In the backyard, guests can use an annex to support the swimming pool as a second kitchen. It includes a dishwasher, a cooking plate, and a barbecue. There is also a service bathroom.

The outdoor area features a beautiful garden and a lovely swimming pool to freshen up.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Azeitão, in Setúbal, Portugal, is a delightful destination known for its historical charm and natural beauty. Visitors can explore attractions like the 16th-century Church of São Lourenço and the stunning Quinta da Bacalhôa estate. The nearby Arrábida Natural Park offers beautiful beaches, lush forests, and opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking and bird watching.

The region is also famous for its culinary delights, particularly Moscatel de Setúbal wine and Azeitão cheese. Tourists can visit local wineries and cheese producers to sample these specialities. With its combination of cultural sites, natural landscapes, and delicious food and wine, Azeitão provides a rich and enjoyable experience for travellers.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Galeotas (lines 4432 and 4464), is just a 280-meter walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
