Può capitare che i camerieri tardino a servire (si dimentichino del tuo tavolo) SPA: zona Saune: diverse (troppe?) con tante zone relax. Palestra: piccola ma funzionale. Massaggi: elementari e basic (inadeguati alla struttura dell’ambiente), eseguiti da personale che non ti invoglia a farne. Piscina: ottima quella calda esterna; meno piacevole per la temperatura bassa quella interna (sembra stiano per rifare tutta la zona) Escludendo i massaggi, certamente una struttura in cui ritornare volentieri

Ottima posizione ai piedi della Croda Rossa
Era da tempo che avevo intenzione di soggiornare in questa struttura, avendone sentito parlare piuttosto bene, ed ho deciso di provare per un paio di giorni allora! Direi che quando ho prenotato con Expedia, pensavo di soggiornare nel corpo principale dell'hotel, era quello che sembrava nella prenotazione, e non di essere alloggiato nel Resort, che a me francamente non interessava! Comunque per solo due giorni l'abbiamo fatta andare. Il problema è stato che io sono alto 1,93cm e se volevo stendere le gambe, non potevo farlo bene, perché il letto per me era piccolo, perciò ho dovuto dormire un po' rannicchiato e passando due notti piuttosto male. Per il resto direi che è andato tutto bene, personale accogliente e gentile.......ecco se vogliamo dirla tutta, se ci fosse più organizzazione tra i camerieri, forse non si sbaglierebbero le portate , questo è capitato più di qualche volta, credo ci sia poca comunicazione tra loro, comunque sempre molto gentili e disponibili!!
