Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. Nopey and Sherlly were a delight to interact with and the service in the restaurant was top notch. The grounds are a serene place to relax and enjoy nature and the yoga shala is a great place to practice. My room was amazing. A spacious oasis overlooking the pool. I could see the sun come up from my room each morning. "The place was amazing and a whole lot of fun. Views are breathtaking at anytime of day. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The tents are ver spacious, clean and private. The bathroom: showers toilet and sink. The tents have swamp coolers and fans. This place is very keeper up. I definitely stay again. Food here has been the best. Pizza, Wagyu burgers and breakfast. All amazing "

"The property was beautifully maintained and wonderful attentive staff. Food was amazing as well. Our only regret is that we only stayed with them for a day as we had a wedding to attend in Ubud. Next time if we come to Lempuyang area, we will definitely stay for longer.
One thing I would have enjoyed more is a bigger better ac unit in the bedrooms, ac units in the bedrooms were too small for the size of the room. So it was a bit hot in the room."

"Location was beautiful and the hotel was clean. We had an amazing view of the mountain and the beach from our hotel in private pool. However, communication with the staff was very poor. This was also the most expensive location we stayed at in Bali with the very bare minimum included in our stay. Everything here was an up charge or extremely expensive compared to other places nearby. The breakfast that was included was really great. Dinner was crazy expensive at this location and not good at all...
