"The staff and views were great; the snorkelling was awesome. The rooms are generally nice, but the showers didn’t drain at all, and smelled of sewage when they began to overflow. Otherwise everything was good"
"Amazing hotel, great location, staff super friendly and made our stay very special. Pool area is lovely with wonderful views and a bar and breakfast served in your room was a little luxury!"
"Excellent staff, hotel clean beautiful sea view even see the Flores eagle hawk and wild monkeys
Food was limited but its early season and a short taxi ride to town for shops and restaurants "
"I booked a room at Flamingo Ceria
After arriving they informed me that they moved me to Flamingo Avia, a sister property.
The bed was decent, the shower was tiny, but small. The AC worked. The restaurant up top had a limited menu, but it was tasty."
"Stayed one night. Nothing fancy but decent to stay just a night. It’s close to port, right across the street. They kept our luggage during tour until flight back to Bali."
"We only had a one night stay and found the whole property comfortable, clean and safe. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Location was a short stroll from shoos and restaurants."
"This is an amazing private resort. Location is amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a great day trip to Komodo, to see the Komodo dragons and also swim with manta rays and turtles. Amazing snorkelling right by the resort at the jetty as well. "

"Very nicely situated overlooking the waterfront. Down the main street to the right from the hotel are all kinds of restaurants and shopping opportunities. Google Maps showed that there is a cluster of restaurants around the corner to the left from the hotel, but we didn't check any of them out. We arrived around 1030am on a shuttle from the airport. The transfer was smooth and efficient. The hotel lobby was very busy, with new arrivals wanting to check in, and other hotel guests needing to check out. The lobby was understaffed which created waits for many people. There is a nice juice/coffee/snack bar in the lobby to the left from reception. The young ladies who worked there were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious enough, with a large bathroom, mini fridge and working safe. The view from room 3002 looks more towards the land than the sea view, because of how the building is designed. I suspect that most rooms have this view issue--more towards the right from the balcony, than to the left. There were noisy boats operating all day and all night, but the room was pretty well sound insulated, so this was not a problem. Problem with the shuttle back to the airport. Reconfirmed that we needed the shuttle to catch our flight out. Showed up and waited, along with another couple. Eventually they said the shuttle had broken down, but did get us into a car after about a 10-min delay. Good breakfast, pool area needs more lounges. Would stay again."
"Probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Brilliant pools with amazing sunsets, great food, and such an incredible breakfast array. Helpful staff and everything you need to relax in comfort. 5 stars across the board."
"The place is so beautiful and a very chilled atmosphere. They have a lot going on like bands and djs that play. Rooms are lovely , clean and big, a lot of storage space for belongings with big beds and privacy curtains. Food and drink is so nice there too. They offer day trips and are always there to help ."
"The place was really small, I didn't mind it but just know it's basically the bed and a small desk area. The fragrance in the towels and bed sheets made me sick, really strong but then again I don't use scented laundry detergents at home. The free drink was horrible, really sugary wish I could have substituted it went to waste. I like that the bed was comfortable which is important to me when I'm traveling. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I chose a room with a window it would have been really claustrophobic feeling if I didn't."
