The bed itself was pretty comfy, and they reuse towels so that they don't produce lots of waste. Although they don't provide food, the near by stores, restaurants and convenience stores were very sufficient in the range of food. The bath and showers were pretty big, and they even have a sauna in B1 floor. The building is 7 floors tall so it's easy to spot when you come out from the station. The people at the lobby were also very bilingual and spoke both English and Japanese.
