Pony was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of advice about how to check in, how to use the facilities and about local cuisines to try. It’s a very short walk from the train station so easy to get around, and the nearby creek is a beautiful walk/run. The room was very clean. GREAT location to Taoyuan High Rail station. I walked there at the start of my day to Taipei and if at the end of my day i got too tired, cab AND Uber are plenty. Comfortable 2 week stay in Seoul, convenient access to Emart - a complete korean supermarket where you will find everything that you might need. Access to several metro stations are all about 15 min walk from the hotel. The room had a kitchenette, breakfast table, washer (no dryer), room fan, heating and air con. Our room did not have a separate shower, but a bathroom sink/manual showerhead combo. Dishes, utensils, cookingware, hairdryer, shampoo/cond, disposable slippers and bottled drinking water provided. Room was not luxurious but clean, well sized and comfortable. A lot of nice restaurants and bakeries in the area. Great communication with host. Got instructions to self check-in about 48 hrs before.
