The guys at the front desk only put on their mask when a guest arrives. Worst of all, they don't even check the guest's temperature (which is important these days with the covid19 pandemic). The room wasn't cleaned properly: dust on the furniture and hair on the floor. Uncomfortable bed. The walls are thin so you can hear the guests staying in the neighboring rooms. The only saving grace was the convenient location. Near the train station and within walking distance to the Han river parks.
