Every staff member is super friendly! They understood my broken Korean and most of them spoke English! Special thanks to Kevin, who was fluent in English and spoke wonderfully! I stayed for 7 days. The daily breakfast is WORTH IT! Make sure you get it. A variety of options that runs until 930 AM. I booked the deluxe double. The room I originally had was dim and I could not see my face when doing my make-up so I asked if they can move me to a brighter room, they did it very easily and I was moved the next day! I recommend this hotel because it's modern and clean. It has 3 subway stations nearby, a GS-25 across the street, Co-Ex mall is a short walk, and the area of Samseong is metropolitan but not touristy. I will definitely stay here again! The thermostat does not work. Finally ask the front desk and they have control of the room thermostat and would turn it off. Asked again how to cool the room and they front desk said there was nothing they could do.
