It was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We were upgraded to the premium suite and everything was so nicely placed - very appealing aesthetic. The staff was so helpful and friendly too. Breakfast was good and has self-serve tea and coffee. It's also close to subway stations. Pros: Convenient location, only 3 minutes walk from Dangsan station. Plenty of dining options around the hotel. Room is spacious compared to hotels in busier districts. Overall clean and tidy. Cons: facilities a bit old and worn out. Tables and chairs a bit outdated. Bed and pillow on the soft side (doesn't suit me only; maybe preferable for others). Electronic bidet toilet seat not properly functioning (sometimes doesn't work, sometimes flush automatically). Remarks: the building next to the hotel is currently under construction (Mid Nov 2023). The rooms a good size and it’s close to public transport. But there is building work on 3 sides, construction sounds start at 7am and this is long term work that will go on for years. Whilst the rooms are relatively clean, the duvet covers had holes in and are clearly needing to be replaced. The free load of washing came back with some of my items discoloured so whoever the company they use are, they have never heard of a cool wash for mixed colours. The jacuzzis have the large jets turned off for safety reasons. Also when I booked it said I would have an outside patio or balcony. There was an inside patio style area in my room but definitely not outdoor patio or balcony. In fact there is no area like that on 3 sides of the building so this was false advertising. The outside area out the front of the hotel would be so much nicer if they put a mosquito repellent out there. I got 40 bites sitting out there with friends in one night. My legs were a mess. As others have said the rooms are very dark. I used one of the lamps angled towards a mirror to do my make up as it’s so dark, you can’t do it otherwise. The bar and restaurant closes at 3pm and not late night as it says and the menu very limited. There are signs celebrating NYE for 2yes ago on the building. Das zimmer war spitze , sehr groß und gemütlich, habe mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Würde dieses Hotel auf alle fälle weiterempfehlen. Auch die Möglichkeit in der Umgebung nach 23 uhr essen zu gehen war möglich was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Mit der Metro war man in ca 1std am Airport . Man kann sagen das man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell überhall hon kommen konnte , ws für mich auch ein Pluspunkt war .
