The receptionist insisted that we are not booked in their system, and therefore, was sent over to a much uglier and uncomfortable hotel nearby. This disrupted our first sightseeing day as we had to pack our luggage again to transfer back to Hotel Icon. Es gab im Bad keine Duschkabine, der Duschkopf war am Handwaschbecken angebracht. D.h. bei Duschen setzt man das ganze Bad unter Wasser. I would highly recommend this hotel for the elevator facility and the locality within 10 minutes walk to food and subway station at budget hotel price. The one thing it can improve on is the hot water shower.
