Equip with stove & washing machine.. good for family stay, nearby attractions just about two stations away Sean , the host mgr fetch us from subway , very kind n helpful to our needs ##### Terence ### 10/10 Excellent #### YIJHEN Oct 9, 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 方便整潔飯店、CP值高、地點優越 Hotel COCO給人的住宿環境超級好，大樓下面有吃的，便利商店、餐廳、Olive Young...，房東態度超級好，服務又周到，住宿地點又很讚，去那裡都很方便，隔壁還有星巴克。只能說這次住宿讚讚讚。 回住率100%，CP值高高高。房間乾淨舒適、有冰箱、小廚房、洗衣機、吹風機、電視...應有竟有=) ##### YIJHEN ### 8/10 Good #### H, 九州 Aug 18, 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities #### まずタクシーの運転手に場所を説明しても分からず苦労致しました 仁川空港からソウルの駅まで直通列車で、ソウルの駅からタクシーを使いましたが、住所を言っても全く分からず、ホテルのオーナーへ電話連絡をしてやっと場所が分かり、１５分程度で７０００千ウオン程度、ビルの正面にオーナーさんが待機していました、オーナーさんへ事前連絡をしないと部屋も分からず苦労します、（５部屋所有とのこと）部屋に入り部屋の設備関係を説明され、カギは無くてオートロックで暗証番号で解除、ダブルベットは硬めで多少ごつごつしています、二段ベットが左右に、合計６名は可能ですが、外は隣のビルで、ウオシュレットはありましたが使用不可故障？、バスタブは無しでシャワーのみ多少狭い、水圧は普通、排水も普通、トイレと同じな所なので、シャンプーとボディーシャンプーのみ、リンスはありません、事前持参していましたので、近辺にはレストラン・コンビニ等あります、洗濯機と調理器具などはありましたが、洗濯機（ドラム式）重宝致しました、清掃は２日に一回オーナーさん自身が、貴重品ボックス（金庫）はありません、当日子供の誕生日でオーナーさんからケーキを頂きました、有難うございました。 ##### H ### 10/10 Excellent #### Julie, B Jun 13, 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Great value for a family of 5 Sean was an excellent host. Sean is an very nice guy. Before we arrival, he has sent us lots of useful information to guide us there. He picked us up from the subway station and introduced the surrounding area to us. The room is quite comfortable especially in such cold weather. The location is very good and very near by subway, bus station, and attractions. The most attraction inside the room is the small kitchen with wash machine. The overall experience is quite nice. Prior to that, he texted information on how to reach his property. The stay was great, nice restaurants, cafe, convenience stores around. Subway is just 2minutes' away. Several family members were looking for an affordable place to stay together in a convenient location. Hostel Coco was the answer! We stayed in one of the bigger rooms with the bunk beds. And the kids loved it. Two stations are located within 5 minutes and there are tons of restaurants and the main attractions are close by Sean, our host, was also so kind and he explained things in such detail that we felt we didn't even need a guide book!
