That would be the reason why it is little cheap. Basically this a love hotel. The area is silent and most shops are available in walkable distance. You could also find many hotels in surrounding areas. It is located between Anguk and Jongno 3 (sam)-ga stations on Line 3\. It is about 10 min walk to both stations. There is no nightlife or any type of entertainments in nearby areas. You could use taxi or take subway wherever you want to go. In Korea metro close at midnight.
