That was the worst experience ever!!! We requested for baby bunk bed but the staff insisted we had to request this before checking in and they had no inventory whatsoever without checking. this was my fourth check in at this property and there was always a baby bunk bed provided nevertheless we never requested. He had a cranky and arrogant attitude which got me astonished!! Later one of the staffs provided us with adequate equipments but we wished the previous staff could have checked before saying he could never provide. Also the check in out staff didn’t know what was going on. Which took us longer than we should spend at those moments. Room service and house keeping was slow.. and wasnt accurate with their service. Breakfast menu should be updated once in a while.
